No. Or rather, it depends. France is cheaper than in Switzerland. The price depends on how the state pays to cover the deficit. In France it costs less because nuclear power plants are well-foraging by the state, then that means tax citizens.
Even Japan has nuclear power, but is the country where energy costs more. More Italy than in Germany.
Nigeria is the country where energy costs less. But as you can see this does not prevent the Japanese to live much better than the Nigerians.
