ABBONDIO TO DON THE FIRST ALLIANCE DINNER 2010

Next October 6 the Restaurant Enoteca Don Abbondio Forlì organizes its second Dinner Alliance.
L ' Alliance of Slow Food Chefs is an initiative that aims to enhance the Presidia : selected products, high quality, which are part of the culture and culinary traditions of specific areas but they may lost. Making a product of a garrison significant involvement in a restoration project, both qualitative and economic impact, which keeps alive the production.
To give further support for these products, the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity has started a project that involves all the restaurants that use the Presidium on their menus.

of collection will be donated to his foundation, thus contributing to the survival of these wonderful culinary cultures and the extraordinary work of small producers.

Zoli Simon Don Abbondio, for their second dinner of the Alliance proposes a menu that aims to promote the wines of the winery Bertani Veneto through the use of pig breeds Mora Romagna and some among the best regional products.
